Hi, I'm Heather Kuchen, Founder and Principal Consultant at Cornerstone Revenue Services LLC.
With over a decade of hands-on experience across revenue cycle management, prior authorization workflows, and team leadership, I specialize in helping behavioral, mental health, ABA, and high-compliance healthcare practices secure their financial health. My background spans both clinical health systems and specialized remote RCM leadership where I've built operations from the ground up, managed full authorization lifecycles, oversaw provider credentialing, and spearheaded denial and appeals strategies to maximize practice revenue.
Having served as an RCM Supervisor and Team Lead, I understand the operational headaches practice owners face with third-party billing vendors, insurance claims, and complex authorization guidelines. I founded Cornerstone Revenue Services to give independent providers a trusted, integrity-driven partner who manages the back office with precision: allowing clinicians to stay focused on what matters most: delivering exceptional client care.
